As the office of the former president Clinton confirmed on July 11, the North American pop singer Justin Bieber has already apologized to Clinton for insulting Clinton's photos.

TMZ10, specialized in reporting the entertaining news, recently put a video showing that Bieber ,after crossing a hotel kitchen in New York City with several teens, urinated into a mop bucket and then sprayed the detergent on Clinton's photos with insulting word.

At the night of exposing the video, Bieber left a message in the blog thanking Clinton for his "not rushing to talk about this matter". Bieber told this former president that: "your words are very important as an amazing person."

Clinton's office stated on July 11 that Bieber had made a call to "apologize to Clinton and is willing to make contributions to Clinton Foundations."

A New York building collapse and fire has left 14 injured, buildings damaged severely.

 At 12: 50 am on July 11, an explosion took place at the Pike Street in Chinatown, causing fire. As eyewitnesses describes, they at first heard a loud noise and then saw the plume of smoke billowing from the building. Fire fighters, police, and rescue workers soon arrived saving all residents and controlled the fire at 1:30 pm. Thankfully, there is no dead in this accident. Sadly, there were still 14 people injured including 9 residents and 5 fire fighters because of the collapse of buildings caused by the explosion.

A new report according to the paper revealed by the contractor ex-employee of NSA((National Security Agency) Edward J. Snowden said the range of the cooperation between the Microsoft and NSA in more wide than that has been admitted. Every time they modified the encryption and related software technology, the Microsoft would set permission to NSA and ensure they can visit the newest customers' data.

The news from Yahoo.co.uk, according to the NSA Internal Confidential Documents provided by Snowden, Guardian's report said that the Microsoft helped NSA find a way to circumvent the encryption used by Outlook.com on the online chat function.And they also provided NSA the permission to enter the Outlook e-mail including Hotmail, said by Guardian.

Guardian did not publish the NSA document they quoted from. It said that the Microsoft permitted FBI to enter their SkyDrive service which owned millions of users.

Guardian said that the Microsoft cooperated with FBI and studied how Outlook allowed users to set up an email alias. Besides, Skype which has already belonged to the Microsoft also has cooperated with the government and help them collect videos and voice dialogue materials. It also reported that NSA shared information gathered by "Prism" with FBI and CIA.

Pilots of the Doomed Flight of Asiana Requested Evacuation Delay

As Chairman of National Transportation Safety Board explained on Wednesday, after the stop of an uncontrollable Boeing 777 of Asiana, two attendants went to the cockpit to ask three pilots for solutions. They said that they were communicating with the control tower and requested them to postpone the evacuation.

Deborah A. P. Hersman said, the evacuation did not start until an attendant told people in front of him the breakout of fire outside. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the "survival factors" they mentioned as much as possible through this air crash. Two passengers died in this accident.

According to Hersman, there were two emergency slides of two exits opened in cabin which trapped an attendant. One slide is at the right front cabin door (which is used to transport food supply) and the other is at the emergency exit on the right side of fuselage. At that time, the fire was spreading from the burning right engine to the whole fuselage and conditions even were getting worse. These two attendants had already rescued but were both injured by the slides.

Moreover , there exits a confusing detail. The truly flying pilot is an experienced commander who had flied the 777 for a short period. In addition, it was the first time that he had landed the plane in San Francisco. It was reported that he told the Korean investigators that at the height of about 500 inches (about 152 meters) his eyes were hurt by a strong light that he could see nothing at a time

"We are really not sure what the light is", explained Hersman in the press conference. She added that the videotape showed that evacuation began after the flight had stopped for one and a half minutes. Pilots' decisions will be surely criticized, but, she said, people in cockpit were unable to see the condition behind the plain.
